Lynch syndrome is a rare autosomal dominant disorder associated with an increased incidence of colorectal cancer. Associated with mismatch repair -> microsatellite instability. High risk of extracolonic cancer: endometrial, ovarian, urinary tract, small intestinal, stomach, and biliary cancer.
