BV – Anerobic gram-variable rod (Gardnerella Vaginalis). Presents as: Grey white discharge with a fishy odor. Test: potassium hydroxide (Whiff test). Microscopy: Clue cells vaginal, squamous epithelial cells covered with multiple, small, adherent G vaginalis organisms. Tx: Metronidazole or Clindamycin.
