ST-segment elevation in the inferior leads: inferior MI -> due to blockage of the right coronary artery (supplies SA & AV node -> Bradycardia). Rx: Atropine blocks vagal influence on the SA & AV nodes -> increasing HR. Atropine causes mydriasis due to narrowing of the anterior chamber angle & diminished outflow of aqueous humor -> acute closed angle glaucoma (severe eye pain).
