Chronic watery diarrhea, hypokalemia (muscle weakness, periodic paralysis), increased gastric juice pH (achlorhydria), and abdominal mass on CT are consistent with a vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP)-secreting neuroendocrine tumor called a VIPoma, which originates from the pancreas.
