Ulnar nerve injury occurs commonly from a fracture of the medial epicondyle of humerus. This presents as loss of wrist flexion, flexion of medial fingers, abduction and adduction of fingers, and loss of sensation over the medial fingers (little finger and half of the ring finger), and hypothenar eminence.
