Hunter syndrome. This syndrome is an X-linked disorder caused by a deficiency of the lysosomal enzyme iduronate sulfatase. In patients with Hunter syndrome, pearly, papular skin eruptions are usually first seen around the scapulae but then spread to involve the trunk and upper thighs.
