Diabetic Gastroparesis – hypomotility of GIT -> vomiting of undigested food, nausea. Use Metoclopramide (side effects: tardive dyskinesia and dystonia); Alternate drug of choice is Erythromycin (diminished effect over time/tachyphylaxis – use limited to <4 weeks)
