1. Acute (< 24hours)
   • Treatment: 5HT-3 from Enterochromaffin cells
   • Stimulates vagal efferents in the bowel wall
   • Ondansetron
2. Delayed (1-5days)
   • Substance P in brainstem
   • Aprepitant
