Cystic Fibrosis – CFTR gene mutation; most common cause of congenital bilateral absence of vas deferens. Patients with CBAVD have azoospermia & infertility but NORMAL levels of FSH, LH & Testosterone. Diagnose CF via elevated Sweat Chloride levels.
